1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During busy periods, new product launches, or pre-orders, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
UK Orders

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
International Orders

Standard International: 5–15 business days

Tracked International: 5–12 business days
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link (if selected at checkout).
If tracking is unavailable for your shipping option, we’ll still keep you updated by email.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes pre-order items:

The entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order is ready.

Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page.
If you need items shipped separately, send us an email—additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing:

Email us at welcome@cwazyleigh.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please inspect your items on arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.
Address Errors
CwaZyLeigh Creations isn’t responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you spot a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
